Thank you for shopping with! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders must contain required Customer Shipping Details in leu of the order's cancelation.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There are typically 3 options; standard, expedited, and 5-7 business days shipping. Prices vary depending on which form you chose. 
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes, however we are not able to guarantee the delivery method will be able to leave you’re package there. We would prefer our customers use a valid home address, or watch their tracking information to be present when their package arrives at their P.O. Box. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you have purchased a warranty from us for your product, and you receive a damaged product, please contact us and we will work on replacing the product for you. 

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.. if you wish to use World Wide shipping please contact us on our message button or call us at the number on the home page located in the upper right hand corner. Please note, world wide shipping costs vary depending on delivery location.
